Chef Justin Haydock is a 41 yr old native to the southern Oregon area. Raised in his father's bakery, he has been cooking and baking since the age of 8. Justin enjoys all types of cooking and brings a wealth of experience in everything from catering, institutional as well as fine dining. Outside of the kitchen he is proud father and enjoys all that beautiful southern Oregon has to offer.
Previously to him joining our BricktownE team, Justin spent 6 years as a chef at a local restaurant in Ashland, with the last two years and a half years as the head chef. He participated here locally in the Iron Chef competition and is excited for the opportunity to share his culinary vision with the BricktownE patrons.
